Whether you are a resident of the hotel or just want to taste our cuisine, La Table de La Désirade restaurant continues your journey of the senses.
Bertrand Heitz, butler, coordinates the dining room team to guarantee you quality services with the aim of adapting them to the constant evolution of customer expectations.
Pacôme Epron, our chef for the 20th consecutive season, offers you an inventive cuisine full of flavours based on seasonal and essentially local products. For a taste tour of Belle-Ile.
Breakfast
- The special breads come from the “Fourn’isle en mer” bakery in Le Palais, the tea menu from Dammann’s, the coffee from la Brûlerie d’Alré, the salmon from the fumoir of Pacôme and the caramel cream from “La Bien Nommée”.Small pancakes, fresh fruit salads and yoghurts are homemade, melons are from the garden; marmelade’s quant, cakes, pastries are cooked by our pastry chef…

Adult: 21€ – Child: 12€ up to 12 years old; 6€ up to 6 years old; offered up to 3 years old - “P’tit Déj’Express” at 14€, served in the room, with hot drink, fruit juice, bread-butter-jam and mini-viennoiseries.
